W. 'CASH' CREIGHTON
DIES
IN DENVER, COLORADO
W. C. "Cash" Creighton passed away early Monday morning at his home in Denver, Colorado, according to word received that day by his mother Mrs. John M. Creighton, Sr.
Mr. Creighton, aged about forty-four, had been in a critical condition for three weeks suffering with double pneumonia.
The remains are being shipped to Fairfield and will arrive at the Nale Funeral Home here Thursday noon. Services will be that afternoon at three o'clock and burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery. The Masonic lodge will be in charge.
Mr. Creighton, born and reared in Wayne county, is survived by his widow, formerly Miss Mary Alexander, daughter of the late Nick Alexander. He left Fairfield about fifteen years ago and has been employed by a railroad in the west ever since. For a time he was located in [unreadable] Arizona.
Mr. Creighton's father, John M. Creighton, Sr., passed away here a few months ago.
