gopher://unicm1.ccuic.edu:8013/7~db.LANDSALES/iix.NAME space PREFIX?Franklin+Henry
I have been looking for Henry FRANKLIN and his family, particularly
his dau. Catherine because she was my ggg-grandmother, but my gg-grandfather,
John Henry PHILLIPS, was illegit. and his father Henry PHILLIPS
never married Catherine. Thusly I have been searching for the FRANKLIN
family and descendants in the hopes of finding their family bible records,
with the listing of John's birth in it. A real challenge. But
in the process I came across the above record for Wayne Co. This
site also allows one to search for other land purchases for counties in
IL. Hope someone else may find it useful.
