Roy and GeraIdine (DeSelms) Clements of Boyleston will observe their 50th wedding anniversary on Aug. 12, 1996.

They were married by Elder Alva Henson of the RLDS Church, in Johnsonville at her parents home on Aug. 12, 1946.

Roy is the son of the late Clyde and Lucy Clements of Johnsonville.  Gerry is the daughter of the late Lewis and
Nora DeSelms of Zenith and Johnsonville.

Roy is retired from Ashland Oil Co. where he worked for 30 years.  They reside on Rt 1, Box 96, Fairfield, IL.

The couple have two children.  They have seven grandchildren,   They also have three great grandchildren.

No formal celebration is planned.  Cards would be appreciated, but please no gifts.
