John and Wave (Garrett) Dozier were united in marriage Jan. 6, 1946.

John is the son of the late Everett and Avaline Dozier.   Wave is the daughter of Lela Garrett  and the late Raymond Garrett.

The couple has seven children.  Also 15 grandsons, 2 granddaughters, and 2 great-grandsons are included in the family.
