Mr. and Mrs Eldon Ash former Cisne residents, will be honored at an open house on their golden wedding anniversary Sunday, May 1 at the Cisne Community Hall.

All friends and relatives are invited to attend the reception that will be hosted by their children between the hours of 2 to 4 p.m. It is requested that gifts be omitted.

Eldon and Evelyn resided in Cisne until 1960. At that time they moved to Seminole, Florida. Eldon worked for Pure Oil Company in the Cisne area for 23 years. After moving to Seminole Eldon was employed by Honeywell and retired four years ago. Evelyn was employed by Vogue Shops and retired five years ago. Since that time they travel to the Cisne area frequently to visit their many friendsand relatives.

They were married in Olney. Their parents were the late Mr. and Mrs. Jess Ash, of Noble and the late Mr. and Mrs. Harl Slover of Claremont.

The Ash children are: Gene, Richard, Fonda,  and Sandra.     The couple have eleven grandchildren.
