Mr. and Mrs. Frank Aldrich will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Sunday, Aug. 8, at the Moose Hall in Sterling.  A reception for the couple will be held between the hours of 2 and 4 o'clock.  All relatives and friends are invited. Please omit gifts.

Mr. Aldrich and the former Clarisa Whitlock were married Aug. 6, 1932, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church of Rock Falls with Rev. Krebbs officiating.   Frank was employed by Northern Illinois Gas Co. for 36 years. Clarissa (Clara) worked as meter maid for the Sterling Police Dept. for 15 years.

They are parents of two children...   The couple has seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Mr. and Mrs.  Aldrich have resided in Fairfield for the past seven years.
