SUMMARY

The last page of the Lamard census could be missing from the microfilm.  This census says that 1,014 men entered the service by 1862. By the time the Civil War was over, Wayne County furnished 1,613 men to support the war, as reported on by the  ILGenWeb Civil War pages.
