This is added information from Birdie Jane SHARPS's Obituary.
Maybe this will help someone of her descendants or cousins. My ancestry
is in the HIMES line on my homepage.
Birdie Jane SHARP, b. 4 Oct 1894 Wayne Co, IL was a daughter of my grandmother's step-father John Calvin SHARP. My maternal grandmother was Janie Mae (STOGSDILL) MARSH b. 1900 Orchardville, Wayne Co, IL, the daughter of Charles Edward and Rose ANN (LEATHERS) STOGSDILL Here is the tie to Birdie Jane Sharp.
Rose Ann LEATHERS was the daughter of William and his first wife Sarah Jane (McCORMACK) LEATHERS. Sarah Jane McCORMACK was a sister of Emaline McCORMACK.
After Charles died, Rose Ann (LEATHERS) STOGSDILL married in Sedro Wooley, Washington to John Calvin SHARP and 'is believed' she was John's 3rd wife.
John Calvin SHARP was b. abt 1863 (Alabama?), d. 1949 in either Wayne or Marion Co., IL, and is buried Christian Home Cemetery. I have that John was married 5 or more times and I am not sure about the order of the last wife, of which are included below.
