On Saturday the 15th inst., at her mother's residence, Mrs. Emma J. Koontz, wife of John S. Koontz.  Not quite a year ago a happy bride, now cold in death.  And while our hearts are sad at the suddenness with which death often comes, let us learn the lesson of life's uncertanty, and so prepare our selves for the great change that will come to us all.
