C. Earl Craig, 75, a brother of Alderman Arthur Craig here, died at his home near Flora late Wednesday afternoon. He had been in failing health the past year.

Funeral services for Mr. Craig, a retired farmer, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday from the Hancock Funeral Home in Flora, with Rev. Delbert Goff officiating. Interment will be in Cisne cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Friday. Mr. Craig was a native of the Blue Point vicinity near Cisne.

Mr. Craig's wife, Sadie, died three years ago. Surviving are three sons; two daughters; two brothers, including Arthur Craig of Fairfield; two sisters, including Mrs. Grace Billingsley, of Cisne; 14 grandchildren.

His death came only a short time before Alderman and Mrs. Craig held open house on the occasion of their golden wedding anniversary.
