Arthur S. Henson, 49, Mohomet, died at 4:30 p.m. Saturday at his home. He was a postal machinist at Champaign.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Richardson Chapel, with Dwight Rogers and the Rev. Brent Roberson officiating. Burial will be in the Bailey Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
Mr. Henson was born Feb. 8, 1932, in Wayne County, the son of L.O. and Clara (Barnard) Henson.
On May 10, 1952, he married Dorothy Gregory, who survives.
Other survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. O. Henson, St. Cloud, Fla; two sons, Gregory Henson and Joey Henson, both of Mahomet; three daughters, Kathy Henson, and Cheryl Tracey, both of Champaign, and Amy Johnson, Mahomet; one half brother, Ivan Butcher, Mishawaka, Ind.; two sisters, Betty Knauss, Bluford, and Nola Loker, Keenes; and one grandchild.
