George W. Jones, aged seventy-five years, passed away at his home in Sims Monday morning; December 11th, following an extended illness.

Funeral services were conducted at the Sims Baptist church Tuesday afternoon by Rev. Leach. Burial was in the Maple Hill cemetery in Fairfield.

Mr. Jones is survived by two sons, Fred, of LaSalle; and Richard of Fairfield.
