Mrs. Martha Roberts-Daubs, wife of ex-mayor Wm. H. Daubs, died at the home of her mother, Mrs. E.B. Roberts, in northeastern Jasper township, last Friday afternoon at 2:00 p.m., after suffering for some months with tuberculosis.

The funeral and burial took place Saturday afternoon at McKendree church and cemetery. Deceased leaves three children and her husband to grieve for the departed.
