Dorothy Dalton Fehr, 72, of Springfield died at 2:36 a.m. Wednesday morning at Memorial Medical Center.

She was born Feb. 29, 1920, in Wayne County.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bernice and Russell Dalton.

Mrs. Fehr was employed by Horace Mann before retiring in 1978.  She was a member of Cherry Hills Baptist Church.

Surviving are her husband, Leo R.; one son, Ken of Dayton, Ohio; two daughters, Lin Goetz of Springfield and Bev Hanlin of Atlanta, Ga.; and seven grandchildren.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Bisch and Son Funeral Home, with the Rev. Dave Holland officiating.  Burial in Oak Ridge Cemetery.
