Well-known Fairfield Woman
Widow of the Late Tom McMackin,
Laid to Rest Here Friday.
Funeral services for Mrs. Viola Brock-McMackin, widow of the late T. C. McMackin, were held Friday afternoon at the Haefele-Dixon funeral home by Rev. Robert L. Livingston. Burial was in the Maple Hill cemetery.
Mrs, McMackin passed away Tuesday, April 28th, at the Olney sanitarium, where she had been receiving treatment for some time. She was eighty-seven years old.
Mrs. McMackin was born in Wayne county on October 16th, 1854, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jacob C. Brock. On December 15th, 1876 she was united in marriage to William H. Cisne. To this union one son, Fred Leo Cisne, was born. He passed away in May 1937. The father passed away in 1915.
