Funeral services were held June 23rd for Mrs. John E. Fitch, of Flora, wife of the late John Fitch, well known former residents of near Mt. Erie.  She died June 21st in a Flora hospital.

She was preceded in death by her husband on May 17th, 1950.  The Fitch's had lived near Mt. Erie prior to their retirement two years ago when they moved to Flora.

Funeral services were held at Flora with burial in the Fitch cemetery near Mt. Erie.

Surviving are eleven children and 28 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
