Taken by Death
A resident of Glendale since 1921, Mrs. Cynthia Jane Tibbs, 91, of 328 W. Garfield, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Gertrude McMaster, 1517 E. Maple. She was a native of Johnsonville, Ill.
She leave her daughter, two grandsons, David McMaster of Manhattan Beach and Glen McMaster of Lodi; and a sister, Mrs. Nettie Galbraith, Glendale.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the Chapel of Sacred memories, L.G. Scovern & Son Mortuary. Officiating will be the Rev. William L. Collins, father of the pastor of Central Avenue Methodist Church. Entombment will be in Grand View Memorial Park Mausoleum.
