NOTE: John C. Martin & Maud Elizabeth Ice were actually married in 1905 in Paragould, AR. Also, John's Birth Certificate, which was attested to by his Aunt Cora Smith states he was born in Fairfield rather than Burnt Prairie, IL; but since Eleazer's name is spelled incorrectly on the Birth Certificate; we can only assume it was an error.
