Glen Malone Dies
At Home Here
Was Retired Carpenter
Glen Malone 81, died at 12:45 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 28, 1991, at his home, 409 N.W. Ninth, of an apparent heart attack. He was a retired carpenter.
Funeral services were conducted from Nale’s Funeral Home Wednesday afternoon, with Rev. Tony Victor officiating. Interment was in Maple Hill cemetery. Visitation was held at the funeral home Tuesday evening.
He was born in Wayne County Jan. 12, 1910, the son of William and Elizabeth Shehorn Malone.
On Aug. 24, 1944, he was married to Ellen McNew in Morganfield, Ky.
Mr. Malone was a World War II veteran and a member of the VFW.
Surviving are his wife, Ellen; and one sister, Clela Butcher of Cisne. The Malones had no children.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two sisters.
