Wayne City Ill. June 1 Isaac N. (Squire) Jones 82 died at the home of his daughter Mrs. Grover Smith, six miles south of Wayne City, Monday afternoon. Funeral services will be at Olive Branch Church at 2p.m. Wednesday, conducted by Rev. F.M. Lappin and burial will follow in Opdyke cemetary.

Mr. Jones, a retired farmer and carpenter, spent most of his life in the vicinity of Wayne City. The body will be brought to his daughter's home where friends may call up to the funeral hour. Mr. Jones is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Grover Smith of Wayne City and Mrs. Charles Austin of Harvey IL; and four sons, Guy of Harvey IL. Jake of Chicago, Carl of Herrick, IL. and Herman, who is somewhere overseas with the U.S. Army.
