This obit is of a distant relative of ours and again I received in my grandmother, Farrell Jacobson's, papers.  By the way Farrell was born in Wayne County.  I'll have to send her obit too since she was born there. I also have the funeral notice. I copied the article word for word but her actual year of birth was 1907, not 1908 as printed.  She died March 29, 1941.    I would love to hear from anyone who has any informaiton or question.

Funeral services for Mrs. Robert Hoffee, former Fairfield woman who died Saturday at Barnes Hospital in St.Louis, were held Tuesday morning at the First Methodist church here.  Services were conducted by Dr. Cameron, assisted by Rev. A. B. Gill, Interment was in Koontz cemetery.

Mrs. Mildred Anna Hoffee was born October 4, 1908 at Golden Gate.  She was united in marriage to Robert Hoffee, of Fairfield July 2nd, 1924.  To this union were born two boys, Robert Jr., and Keith Williard and two girls, Dolores Kathleen and Roberta Jane.

She was converted at the age of twenty-five and united with the Methodist church at Fairfield where she was a member until death.

She left to mourn her departure her companion, her four children, her father and step-mother, Mrs. and Mrs. James Griffin, of Ancona, Ill., two sisters, Mrs. Vera Warren of Sacramento, California; Mrs. Ester McBride of Streator;  two brothers Clarence Griffin of Peoria; and James Griffin, San Diego, California.
