Mrs. George C. Fitch, 93, of Flora, died Wednesday in the hospital at Olney from ailments incident to her advanced age.  She entered the hospital seventeen days prior to her death.

Funeral services will be held at the DeSelms Funeral Home in Cisne on Friday afternoon at two o'clock by Elder E. L. Crooks.  Burial will be in the Laird cemetery.

Margaret E., daughter of the late Washington and Polly McCormick-Trotter, was born near Enterprise on Febryary 25th, 1874.  She was united in marriage to George C. Fitch on November 18th, 1895, and to this union seven children were born.

She was preceded in death by her husband and three children.

Surviving are four children, Ted E. Fitch (with whom she made her home),  Mrs. Bernice McKnight, of Flora; Milford Fitch and Leslie Fitch.
