Mrs. Glenna Bobbett Creighton, 87, of Fairfield, formerly of Grossepoint Woods, Mich., died at 3:25 p.m. Sunday Dec. 16, 1984, at Way-Fair Restorium.

Mrs. Creighton, who was a resident of the nursing home for five years, was the widow of Earl Creighton, a home builder.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Maple Hil Cemetery with Bro. Carroll Kakac officiating.  No visitation is being planned at Nale's Funeral Home.

Mrs. Creighton was born in Wayne County Apr. 19, 1897, the daughter of Thomas and Alice (Kelley) Bobbett.

She was married to Earl Creighton in Fairfield, Mar. 8, 1918.  Her husband preceded her in death November of 1979.  Mr. Creighton was employed as a house builder with Bildor Company at Detroit, Mich. for 40 years.

Mrs. Creighton was formerly employed as a ladies-wear buyer with J. L. Hudson Company at Detroit in her younger years.  She was a member of Detroit Christian Church.

Preceding her in death were two brothers and two sisters.
