Fairfield, Ill., Nov. 3 (AP).---Thomas H. Creighton, 77 years old, for 44 years a member of the law firm of Creighton and Thomas and a former member of the Illinois legislature, died in an Evansville, Ind., hospital last night.  Survivors include his widow and seven children.
