Vernon, Illinois; 3 brothers Adrian and Nancy Frodge of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; Joe and Robin Frodge of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Cameron Frodge of Louisville, Kentucky; 4 sisters Theresa and Kevin Ukena of Geff, Illinois, Cristi and Duane Gwaltney of Golconda, Illinois, Gina and David Waldrop of Fairfield, Illinois and Eva Springmeyer of Albion, Illinois; 2 step daughters Rebecca Lane in Pennsylvania and Tonya Jolly in Tennessee.
Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents and 2 sisters.
Funeral services for Cynthia Frodge Swack will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, December 4, 2017 at Nale's Funeral Home in Fairfield, Illinois with Brothers Ed Sprinkle and Norlan Crandall officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery of Fairfield, Illinois.
Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Monday December 4, 2017 at Nale's Funeral Home in Fairfield, Illinois.
Memorials may be made to the Nazarene Church of Fairfield and will be accepted at Nale's Funeral Home in Albion.
