Leah Halene Boudreau, 86, of Olney and formerly of the Cisne area, passed away at 11:35 a.m. June 23 at the Richland Memorial Hospital at Olney.
She was born Oct. 29, 1921 in Cisne to Allen and Alive (Hamilton) Hickenbottom. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by three daughters: Sue Cianfarani and her husband Al of Grand Rapids, Mich., Sandra Johnson and her husband Howard of Manassas, Va., and Cheryl Bourdreau of Claremont, Ill.; two sons, and George Hostettler and his wife Sarah and Steve Boudreau, all of Olney. Her sister Joyce Powell of Clay City, half-sister Alice Childers and husband Lary of Flora, brother Wesley Hickenbottom of Olney, and half brothers Jim Thomas and wife Della of Clay City, Ellery Thomas and his wife Marie of Flora, and Sherman Thomas and his wife Patty of Clay City also survive, along with nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents, son Gerald Hostettler, daughter Alice Hostettler, and sister Lela Michels.
A private graveside service was held at Gunion Cemetery for the family. A memorial gathering for family and friends will be held from 1 until 3 p.m. on Sunday at the Shady Timbers Lodge on Miller Grove Lane in Olney. Luncheon will be served.
Hosselton Funeral Home in Cisne was in charge of local arrangements.
