Mrs. Lucille Yvonne Snider, 74, of Lincoln, died at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday June 25, 1996 at her home.

She is reported to have relatives in Wayne County.

Mrs. Snider was a homemaker.

Funeral rites will be at 11 a.m. Friday, at the Holland & Barry Funeral Home in Lincoln, with burial in Richmond Grove at New Holland, Ill.  Visitation will be one hour before services at Holland & Barry.

She was born at Atlanta, Ill., Feb. 26, 1922, the daughter of William and Ruby Mosier Gondy Towles.

On Nov. 23, 1940, she was married to Elvis (Skeet) Snider. He passed away Sept.  23, 1983. Her parents, one brother and one sister also preceded her in death.

She was a member of C.P. Church at Lincoln.

Surviving are three sons, William, of Belvidere; Rev. Joe Snider, of Ashton; Mike Snider, of New Holland; two sisters, Rosell Landon, of Lincoln; and Wilma Harnacke, of New Holland; and eight grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren and four step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
