Mrs. Ellen E. Myers, 68, of Centralia, died at 8:37 p.m.. Saturday, June 22, 1996, at St. Marys Hospital in that city.

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Myers was the mother Wanda Betts, of Keenes.

Funeral rites were held Wednesday afternoon from the Irvin Funeral Home in Centralia with burial in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

She was born Nov. 13, 1927, the daughter of Willie and Pearl Brown Owens.

On Dec. 21, 1947, in Centralia, she was married to Paul Myers, Sr.   He is deceased.

Surviving are two sons, Paul Myers, Jr. and Daniel L. Myers, both of Centralia; two daughters, Sally Owensof Centralia; and Wanda Betts, of Keenes; a brother,Alfred Owens, of Kinmundy; a sister, Betty of Chicago; 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
