Wesley O. Price, 79, of 901 South First Street, died at 5 a.m. Monday, June 24, 1996, at his home.

He was a retired superintendent for the Podolsky Oil Company here, employed around 35 years.

Mr. Price had been in declining health over the past ten years with leukemia.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon from the Johnson Funeral Home, with Bro. Carroll Kakac officiating. Interment was in Maple Hill Cemetery. A visitation was held Tuesday evening from the Johnson Chapel.

He was born at Porterville, Ill., July 24, 1916, the son of Frank and Carrie Lionberger Price.      In 1944 he was married to Bernice Judge.

Mr. Price was a member of the North Side Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife; one son, Dick Price, of Fairfield; and two brothers, Forrest, of Chicago, and James, of Crossville.
