Mrs. Celeste Olive Miller, 63, wife of Clarence Miller, died at 3 a.m., Sunday, June 20, 1937, at Lake View Hospital, Danville.

Mrs. Miller was born May 13, 1874 at Geff, Ill., coming to this community 16 years ago.

She was active in the Woman's Club, Methodist Church and Ladies Aid and took much interest in civic activities of Armstrong.

Surviving are the husband; four children, Mrs. Opal Meitzler, Armstrong; Mrs. Edna Creighton, Ogden; Arch Miller, Armstrong, and Paul Miller, Hazlecrest.  One daughter preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at the M. E. Church in Armstrong, the Rev. Guy Parsons, Mount Vernon, officiating.  Burial in Armstrong Cemetery, Morrison of Potomac in charge.
