Former Wayne City resident, Mrs. Wanda Fay McCormick, 61, of Frankenuth, Mich., died at 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 29, 1984, at St. Lukes Hospital in  Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Mrs. McCormick was the widow of William McCormick.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Olive Branch Cemetery, with Bro. Richard McCornick officiating. Richards@n Funeral Home is handling funeral arrangements. No visitation is planned.

Mrs. McCormick was born in Wayne county Aug. 12, 1923, the daughter of William and Julia (Thomason) Shell.

She was wed to William McCormick, who preceded her in death Mar. 13, 1975.

Mrs. McCormick was a housewife and homemaker.

Surviving are two sons, William McCormick, of Frankemnuth, Mich; and Ron McCormick, of Grand Rapids, Mich.; a daughter, Mrs. Raymond (Janice) Bronikowski, of Greenfield, Wis.; two brothers Edmond"Buck" Shell, of Sacramento, Calif.; and Fred Shell, of Delano; one sister, Mrs. Juanita Hickey, of Las Vegas, Nev.; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
