Mrs. Genevieve Carter, 86, of Albion, died at 4 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9, 1985, at Mt. Carmel General Baptist Nursing Home.

Mrs. Carter was a mother-in-law of Mrs. Louella Carter Michels, recent widow of Norman Michels, of Fairfield.

Funeral services were conducted at 1:30 p.m. Thursday (today) at Ingram Funeral Home, Albion, with burial in Graceland Cemetery.

Mrs. Carter is survived by two grandchildren, Mrs. Nancy Paul, of Geff; and Terry Lee Carter, of Streator, and two other grandchildren in Albion.

She was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Carter.
