The husband of a former Fairfield woman, Gerald Burr, 62, of Lime Springs, Iowa died Tuesday, Sept 10, 1985, at Howard County Hospital in Cresco, Iowa.  Mr.

Burr was the husband of the former Delores Dawson. He was a farmer and never lived in Wayne county.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at J@hnson Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Gelsinger officiating. Burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be conducted on Saturday morning until funeral time at the funeral home.

Mr. Burr is survived by his wife, Delores Burr, of Lime Springs, Iowa; his mother, Mrs. Margaret Burr, of Cresco, Iowa; two step-sons, Samuel Carter, of Cadiz, Ky.; Bradley Carter, of Hopkinsville, Ky.; one step-daughter, Mrs. Paulette Smith, of Crawfordtown, Ky.; and one sister, Mrs. Dorothy Tuerk, of Westminster, Colo.
