A former Fairfield resident, Mrs. Charlna Falk, 37, of Madison, Wisc., died at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, 1985, at St. Mary Hospital in Madison.

Mrs. Falk was the daughter of Lloyd and Helen Mahanay, of Fairfield. She was admitted to the hospital four days prior to her death to be treated for pneumonia.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday (today) at N@les Funeral Home,
with Rev. Don Tabor officiating. Interment will be by cremation.

Mrs. Falk was born in Fairfield, June 13, 1948, the daughter of Lloyd and Helen Webber Mahanay.  She graduated from FCHS in 1966 and Wabash Community College in 1968, with a degree in accounting.

Mrs. Falk moved to Madison in 1969 and was employed as an accountant with Blackhawk Country Club.

She was a member of the Fairfield Cumberland Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her parents Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Mahanay, of Fairfield; one brother, Lloyd Mahanay, of Los Angeles, Calif; a sister, Mrs. Cecil (Karen) Tackett, of O'Fallon, Mo.; and several nieces and nephews.
