A Fairfield man, Frank Hayes, died at 5:10 a.m. Monday (today) at the Olney Care Center, where he's been a resident since January.

Mr. Hayes worked for many years for Charles French on French's farm and at the elevator in Mill Shoals.

His body has been taken to the Nales Funeral Home where arrangements were incomplete at press hour Monday (today) .

Mr. Hayes had been in poor health, suffering from emphysema. He had also suffered a couple of heart attacks in recent years.

Among his survivors are two sisters, Noma Meeks, of Fairfield, and Delpha Meeks, of Sumner, and a niece, Mrs. Guy Williams, of Fairfield.
