Mrs. Elsie T. Allen, 68, of Xenia, died at 1:55 p.m. Saturday, April 27,1985, at Centralia Care Center, following an illness. Mrs. Allen was the former owner and operator of Goff Cafe at Xenia.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Frank & Bright Funeral Home, Flora, with Rev. Tyrone Henderson and Rev. Jack Hargrave officiating Burialwill follow in Power Cemetery at Xenia. Visitation will be conducted from 7-9 p.m. Monday (tonight).

A native of Pawnee, Mrs. Allen was born June 11, 1916, the daughter ofElza and Arra Rush Goff.

She was a member of Pleasant Mound General Baptist Church at Xenia. Surviving are one son, Elza J. Allen, of Centralia; and three grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
