Owen "Robbie" Robertson, 69, Glendale, Calif, and formerly of Mt. Vernon, died Nov. 16, 1988 at Glendale Memorial Hospital in Glendale, Calif.

Services were held in California.

Mr. Robertson was born July 10, 1919 in Wayne County, the son of John A. and Rose (Moore) Robertson. He operated service stations in Mt. Vernon and later retired as a nursery worker.

Survivors include one brother, Lowell of Marshalltown, Iowa; five sisters, Nova Payne of Wayne City, Ruth Gentle and Lois Hobbs, both of Mt. Vernon, Velma Drew of Dixon, Ill., and Fern Hunt of Fostoria, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
