Mrs. Velma Lee Sparkman, 75, of Bartlesville, Okla., died in that city Monday, July 22, 1996. She was on kidney dialysis.

Mrs. Sparkman was a sister of Mrs. Lois Morman, of Fairfield. Although she has never lived here, Mrs. Sparkman was a frequent visitor to Fairfield.

She was born in Oklahoma, the daughter of William L. and Cordia Millsap. She was first married to Glenn Winget, who preceded her in death, as did one son. Later she was married to M. H. Sparkman.

Surviving are her husband; one daughter, Glenda Lee Fost, of Bartlesville, Okla.; and two sisters, Lois Morman of Fairfield; and Irene Preheim of Widbey Island, Wash.
