Mrs. Cecile Spillman, 85, of Billett, RR 1, Lawrenceville, died Saturday, July 2, 1994, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, Ind. She was a native of Wayne County and a sister of Pauline Collins, of Wayne City.

Mrs. Spillman was a homemaker.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, at the Emmons-Macey Funeral Home in Lawrenceville, with burial in Cresthaven Cemetery. Visitation at the Emmons-Macey Chapel will be 6 to 8 o'clock Tuesday evening (tonight).

She was born in Wayne County Apr. 11, 1909, the daughter of Rev. Paul O. and Kate Laird Cline. On Oct. 4, 1927, she was married to Wilbert V. Spillman. He passed away Jan. 10, 1987.

Also preceding her in death were her parents, one daughter and three brothers.

Mrs. Spillman was a member of the Billett United Methodist church.

Surviving are two sons, James Spillman of Olney; and Thomas Spillman, of Monticello, Ind.; one sister, Pauline Collins, of Wayne City; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
