David Atteberry, janitor for many years at the grade school building at Bethany, died at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday at his home in Bethany.  Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Harding had been making their home with him.

Mr. Atteberry had been married three times, his last wife, the former Mrs. Elders, having passed away about three years ago.

Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon at the Tohill Funeral Home. Special musical numbers were sung by Mrs. Coy Brown and Mrs. Verne Weaver accompanied on the pipe organ by Miss Virginia Ekiss.  Burial took place at the Bethany cemetary.
