On last Thursday word was received that Alex Mullinax who was visiting some of his children at Murdock had died and his body shipped home for burial at the Pleasant Grove cemetery.  The body arrived Thursday evening and was laid to rest Friday.  Mr. Mullinax was a highly respected citizen and the community has lost a good man.  He was stricken with paralysis a few weeks ago which finally terminated in death.  The sympathy of all goes out to the family in this their hour of sadness.
