Maude A. Coale, 73 died at her home in Burnt Prairie Wednesday night following a several months illness..
Funeral services were conducted on Friday afternoon from the Mt. Pleasant church, near Burnt Prairie, by Elder J. D. Vandeveer.
She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Asbury Musgrave and was born in Wayne county, just north of Bt. Prairie.
She was united in marriage to Roy Coale and to this union five sons and one daughter were born. A daughter, Irene, preceded her in death.
Surviving are her husband, five sons, Ivan and Charles, both of Bt. Prairie; Elden of Flint, Mich.; Davis of Newburg, Ind., and Hilman, of Holly, Mich. Also surviving are four sisters, Mrs. Anna Pollard, Mrs. Emily Jones, and Mrs. Hattie Cox of Burnt Prairie and Mrs. Gladys Funkhouser, of DuQuoin; four brothers, Thomas, Gilbert, Cloyd, and Arnold Musgrave, all of Burnt Prairie.
