Hazel Belle. daughter of William Adam and Lllie Florence Felix, was born in Wayne county. Ill., Dec. 21, 1904, and departed this life Aug. 10, 1940,  at her home in Mill Shoals, age 35 years, 7 months and 19 days.

She was united in marriage to Rael S. Turner June 15, 1927. To this union was born one daughter, Joyce Shirley.

Mrs. Turner taught school for a number of years.  During this time she taught at several different schools iIn both  White and Wayne counties.

She obeyed the Gospel early in life and united with the Christian Church In Mill Shoals.

She had been in falling health the past three years. During this long period of illness she bore her sufferIng and afflictions with great patience, trying to always greet her many friends and relatives with a cheerful word and smile.

Her mother preceded her in death last September.

She will be sadly missed byI her loving husband, daughter, father, two sisters, Mrs. Clarence Merret lof Mt. Vernon anu Mrs. 0 Shafer of Behlmont, and many other near relatives and friends.
