Victor H.,   youngest son of Dr. R. H. and Arnanda Tyler Maricle was born December 21, 1881, on  a farm near Mill Shoals, where he spent his entire life, with the exception of six months spent in, Wichita  Falls. Texas.

He was united in marriage to Alta Files Aprii 19, 1906.  Four sons were born to this union.  Forest, the youngest, passed away July 28, 1930.

He was converted in 1921  at Antioch General Baptist Church.  He joined that church and was ordained as Deacon in March 1930 performing, the duties of this office  until his passing. He attended church twice the day before he became ill.

He is survived by his widow and sons, Cecil L., Lloyd C and W. -- Maricle; five grandchildren and tvo brothers, Oliver P. Maric,e, Wichita Falls. Texas, and -arson (first letter cut off) C., of Portland, Oergon.

Funeral services were conducted at the Antinch church at Mill Shoals February 14th by Rev.  Cleon Sud-darth.
Burial  was in the Antioch cemetery.
