Sophia Joslin was born in Ohio, May 18, 1853 and died here November 9, 1922.  She married Charles Sanders in 1869.  They had 9 children, of whom 8 are still living, 4boys and 4 girls.   Curt Sanders of Organ County, Mo., Mrs. Mary Clark of  Murphysboro, Ill., Clara  Berry of Mill Shoals, Mrs. Bertha Baired of Fairfield, Clem Sanders of Champaign county, Dell Sanders of Fairfield,  Mrs. Lelia McGeehee of Junction, Ill.; and Adlai Sanders of Fairfield.  Willie Sanders died at the age of 11 years.  Her husband, Charles Sander, died 2 years ago last April.  She also leaves one brother, Joseph Joslin of Fairfield and one sister, Mrs. Emma Atteberry, Cisne.
