**ETHEL FLORA DAVIS,** **Former Resident, Dies**
Mrs. Ethel Flora Davis. 91. of Hampton, S.C., formerly of Fairfield, the sister-in-law of Mildred and Ethel Davis, of Fairfield. died Friday. Apr. 22. 1983, at Beaufort, SC. Mrs. Davis moved to Hampton to be near her son She was in a nursing home for a short time prior her death, which was due to the infirmities of age. Graveside Services Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 am. Tuesday at Maple Hill Cemetery with Rev. Charles Darnper officiating. Nales Funeral Home handled the funeral arrangements. Mrs. Davis was born in the Barnhill area Apr. 1. 1891. the daughter of Washington and Nan Felix. She was educated near Barnhill. She was married to Robert J Davis. a mail service employee and former school teacher, who preceded her in death Feb. 5, 1955. Mr. and Mrs. Davis moved to Champaign many years ago. Mrs Davis ran a successtul seamstress business from her home while there. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hampton, S.C.	The Survivors Survivors inciude one son. Dave Davis, of Hampton. S.C two sisters-in-law, Mrs William (Ethel) Davis and Mrs. Homer (Mildred) Davis, both of Fairfield. She was preceded in death by her husband and one son.
