Miss Chloe Murphy, aged 43, ended her own life by jumping or falling into a well at the home of her sister, Mrs. Eli Brock of near Cisne.

Miss Murphy, formerly a patient of Anna State hospital, was dissatisfied with life, had on occasions attempted to run away, and it is believed her death was a suicide. Mr. and Mrs. Brock were away from home Friday and discovered the tragedy on their return that evening.
