Mrs. Richard Lurker, 47, of Evansville, Ind., the mother of Mrs. Stan (Jan) Wiles, a Fairfield beautician, died at 4 a.m. Monday, Dec. 12, 1983, at St. Mary's Hospital in Evansville, following a lingering illness.

Mrs. Lurker never lived in Wayne county, but had visited here. She entered the hospital on Sunday suffering from cancer and kidney failure, the Press was told.

Funeral services were conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Primitive Lutheran Church in Evansville, with burial in that area.

Survivors include her husband, Richard, of Evansville, Ind.; three daughters, Jan Wiles, of Fairfield; Diane, of Evansville, Ind.; and Ellen, of Columbia; and three grandchildren.
