John Bakos, 50, a Wayne City draftsman, died at 10 a.m. Friday, Apr. 15, 1983, at his home of an apparent heart attack.  Mr. Bakos was found dead in bed by his wife, Burline.

No funeral or memorial service will be held. Mr. Bakos willed his body to the Chicago School of Science. Arrangements for Mr. Bakos were handled by Richardson's Funeral Home, Wayne City.

Mr. Bakos was born in Joliet May 13, 1932.  He married the former Burline Hickey who survives.

Mr. Bakos was a Korean War veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Burline Bakos, of Wayne City; two sons, Kevin Bakos, at home; Alan Bakos, of Bonita Springs, Fla.; two daughters, Lora Osborne, of Cape Coral, Fla.; Kimberly Bakos, of Joliet; one sister, Sophia Bakos, of Joliet.
