William Payne, 60, died at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday at his home in Belle Rive following an apparent heart attack.  Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren. The body will then be taken to the Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus, Mo., where a service will be held at 2:00 p.m.  Saturday. Burial will be in Festus.  The body will lie in state at the Gholson Funeral Home in Dahlgren, where friends may call at any time.
